Refund and Returns Policy

1.30-Day Return Policy

At hoodiefly.store, we want you to love your products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as expected. So if you’re not satisfied or need a change, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

2. Return Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have had tags removed, or have been used/washed.

3. Return Process

Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for a return label and specific instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Adjust/Cancel Order

You may request an adjustment to your order within 24 hours of checkout by contacting us at [email protected]. After 24 hours, the order will be moved to fulfillment, and you will not be able to cancel or edit your order.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund the original shipping fee.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, including the product price minus any applicable discounts or promotions (if any).

6. Damaged Orders

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days for assistance. If this time limit is exceeded, we will not be able to process a refund or store credit for the damaged item.

7. Refund Processing Time

After you have completed processing your return, please wait for your refund to be reflected in your bank statement. If you have not received it, please check with your bank and contact your credit card company.
