Shipping Policy

1. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders will be cut-off at 6pm (EST) Monday through Friday.

2. Order Processing Time

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Orders will not be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends and holidays. If there is an increase in order volume, processing and delivery may be delayed by several days. We will notify you by email or phone if there is a significant delay.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery will be made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that there may be delays due to weather or unforeseen logistical difficulties. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in shipping.

4. Signature Required

To ensure the safety of your order, you will need to sign for your order upon receipt. We do not offer signature-free or unattended delivery options.

5. Shipping Methods

The shipping method and carrier will depend on your location and the size of your item.

6. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

7. Correct Address

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses from the customer. If you need to adjust your address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try to assist but cannot guarantee changes after the order has been successfully placed.

8. Lost or misplaced package

If your order is lost, please contact us for assistance or you can also contact the shipping company directly so they can assist in verifying with the delivery person.
